    SO my duckling is rehomed at Rogers Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Hutchins Texas, little ducky will meet many friends and learn to duck proper like! it was very bitter sweet sad for me and the best thing for him

    thank you for the info iv made the decision to rehome him tomorrow at a bird sanctuary here in the Dallas area. I desperately want this little fella or lady to be a good well rounded duck in its life. :)

    i do but its at the end away from the lamp it reads at 82-84 on the non heated lamp side i used a regular everyday thermometer on the heated side and it was at 91 degrees F

    yes i have a 100W heating lamp focued in one corner and a heating pad under the towel folded in half so if it gets hot it can go somewhere cooler, its around 91 degrees in one half where the lamp is focused of the brooder and 82-84 in the other half
