Hello, I have a young pullet, she's not yet of laying age and noticed what appears to be a growth on the bottom of her eye. I'm worried it could be an illness, so that has me worried for the rest of my flock. She's a Sapphire Gem, I've attached a picture. Any help would be much appreciated.

My last chick born, 2 and a half days after my other 4 chicks (it was laid the same day as all the others however it arrived late and had a harder time hatching into the world) has a bump on it's beak that I don't see on the other chicks. In the attached photo it is sleeping. Its doing fine...
