Run-Chicken Model T50, the whole thing is steel and aluminum very well made. It has a light sensor and goes up in the morning and down after dusk so the chickens get in. I have had raccoons get into the coop yard area (Before we put chicken wire around the top, bottom and sides) but not be...
Good information for good health. I find that they will eat some things with vigor and go back to those when there is nothing else. Thank you for the information. Very helpful for a healthy flock
She had issues with (1) was now blind, she would eat and drink, I built a chicken chair but she would never put her weight on her left leg. She got worse not better and I had to consider after 5 weeks that she would not recover. I ended her suffering and it broke my heart..my Sweet Ginger is gone😢
She does not blink when I go toward her eyes, when I put the food down she does not seem to see it, so I let her know its there and she goes to the same spot. If I move it roots around tills he finds it. The same with water that's why I think she is blind. I put her in the chair for an hour...
My girl is doing good, she seems to be recovering. She is standing but in a corner of the box I have her in, eating and pooping fine. I did notice that she does not go for the food directly but roots around for the food and water. I was noticing that her pupils are large and she roots around...
She is on the mend. I build her a chicken chair and have her standing a few hours in it at a time. She is eating and drinking and is healing nicely. I will be happy when she gets walking around and running like she did before. Thank you :)
She is getting better, I made her a sling and will put her in it a few hrs a day till her legs get stronger. I am hoping for a full recovery, she is such a pretty girl. :wee:)
Thank you..I made her a chair was not sure if that was the right thing to do , she is trying to stand up and get out so I think thats a postive sign :) How long should she be in the chair? I gave her food and water , have to figure out a food and water bin like your video...So very...
My baby chick survived a Hawk Attack last week. She is much better eating and drinking, her wounds have healed, nothing is broken she moves her hands and feet. She tries but her legs can't carry her yet...is it time or is it something else....Any help is appreciated.
My baby girl is seems to be doing well but is not standing. She is flexing her legs and her toes but rocks back on her thighs. Can anyone maybe guide me to what might be wrong or is just healing time. Its been 5 days, she is eating, drinking and pooping. ..Any thoughts?
She is recovering and getting stronger, I noticed she is trying to stand on her feet but she seems to rock back on her but. Not sure if shes just weak or something else. Nothing seems broken, so It may be just time.
Yes she is pooping fine. She is eating and drinking as well, she seems to be trying to get up so I am hoping its just being sore after the trauma. Thank you :)
