    She is still wheezy today and we have not dewormed recently. I have ivermectin, piperazine and Pyrantel pamoate, what is your recommendation? Thank you!

    We feed kalmbach 17% protein layer feed She did seem a little wheezy last night so I gave her 1/2 cc procaine penicillin g. I will get the calcium that you recommend, for now I gave her 1/2 of a tums. We always have oyster shell out as well. Thank you so much for your response!

    I didn’t think about the strength in such a small space, I guess that would be like setting eggs in a diffuser…probably not an excellent idea like I thought earlier :(

    We have been getting these strange white covered eggs from our less than year old golden laced wyandotte hen. The white on them has been increasing until now it covers the whole egg. What can cause this? She often times also has a red blood spot in her eggs which concerns me.

    Duckling hatching?

    The little guy passed away. From what I could see it hadn't absorbed its yolk much at all. My incubator's humidity and temp kept fluctuating much more than it should and was much hotter in the back row which is where all of the early hatchers were located. I now have 3 healthy ducklings hatched...

    I am very confused by this egg/duckling. The duckling is trying to hatch, but there’s lots of yuck coming out too, is it safe to leave it in with the others while hatching? They are also hatching 3 days early, my incubator is fluctuating temp and humidity terribly.

    We have 5 d'uccle chicks and the smallest one's beak is smaller and almost parrot-like, is this a problem? We are new to d'uccles and unsure if this should be a fault or a culling point for our future breeding program. Thanks! ( I wish the picture showed it better, I will try to get another...
