    HELP!! Scaly leg mite?

I'll have to have a closer look when the sun is up, but on the weekend the bottom of her feet looked fairly normal from what I could see when I was running the vasoline into her feet.

    HELP!! Scaly leg mite?

Hi all, We think we might know the answer to our question but wanted to get a second opinion from you all... Our girl has one foot that is looking quite dry, we're thinking scaly leg mite? We've read that petroleum oil is a good treatment? We've liberally applied vasoline to her foot twice over...

I'm hoping you're still active on here! I'm wondering what the outcome was for your possible he/she? Did you keep the chicken? Did it turn out to be a he?

    Australorp pullets or cockerels?

They definitely look like australorps in regard to their feathers having the green sheen to them. Don't know much about the Ayam Cemanis, other than that they're rare, expensive and haven't been brought into Australia 🤷

And also how old they actually are? We suspect the age we were told when we got them is considerably off from their actual...

    Help!!!!

Yeah, understandably. We've already unfortunately gotten quite attached so the prospect of rehoming is devastating but necessary sadly.

    Help!!!!

We are quite sad, we were assured that they were all pullets, though we understand that sexing australorps can be a bit tricky 🥺

    Help!!!!

Do you see any distinguishing features other than the tail? When we compare tails, they all look pretty similar from what can see.

    Help!!!!

We've been trying to visually compare their tails but we're not expert enough! Here are a few other photos of our blue, one of our pullets that's supposedly the same age as our possible rooster and the whole flock.
