i give her oyster shells and she does make a nest and sits in it as if shes gonna go broody, and i do see her being a late bloomer, when should they start laying? last year during the spring her belly was so drooped it almost touched the ground.
she has a low hanging belly and shes been sexed by a farmer who has geese, she is pretty active and acts like her usual self and no signs of worms or anything (i treat for worms to prevent them)
She is assured female because she gets mated with by the male but she is 2 years old and still hasnt layed.
she eats whole wheat and alfalfa and grass and weeds.
Ive had my rooster for almost 3 years and would like to know the breed he has a comb that is single until you get to the back then its two combs. and his tail feathers are long enough to touch the ground.
