Hello everyone! I unfortunately had to rehome all my birds. My living situation changed and my family is now living in an RV in an RV Park. Which makes it nearly impossible to take care of 6 birds. I can only hope that the new owner of the chickens will treat them like the wonderful creatures...
My rooster has the same thing that you have described in your post. Did you figure out what happened to your rooster? Did the redness go away? Was it testosterone levels like the one commenter stated? Please update! Thank you!
That makes sense. It's funny though cause he's usually just hanging with the pullets and the other two are up front and center. I know one is going to have to be removed, but I'm hoping the other two with the best attitude will be able to co exist. I guess only time will tell. :)

Hello all! I was hoping you could help me with the gender and breed of my 6 chicks. They are all 8/9 weeks. I have been told that most of them are Easter Eggers, but there are a few others they could be as well (including mix breed). The black/white one I'm sure is a cockeral, as he tries to...
So here's a pic of my flock taken last night during cleaning time. I check and handle each one every night while transferring to the box and back. And pics of them all cozy for the night. Please let me know if you see anything that I could improve upon or any suggestions! Thank you! Also I know...
