    So I built my own incubator or cooler-bator and filled it with eggs. I candles them at day 5 and all showed signs of of embryo development, at day 10 still progressing and today (day 14) I candled again and every egg looks great. Air cells look good and there is embryo movement in all of them...

    Start and grow is a southern states brand feed that is good for egg laying chickens from hatch up until about 2 weeks before they should start to lay eggs. So you are good with feeding it then switch over to layer feed a few weeks before you are expecting eggs.
