Well it's off and on and been like that since early summer. We cut a string out of his mouth then but we arent sure if whatever it was attached to is still there.

Seems like there's -something- in there but his crop is pretty normal. If anything it feels more empty. But his poops are good.

He will start squeaking like this when eating or crowing. I looked in his mouth and cant see anything immediate, but he seems to be wheezing and squeaking more and more. Is there any way to triage this without going to a vet? We can't really afford an emergency vet right now :(

She did start losing her to spot in the pecking order recently and seems really depressed about it. Hiding away and stuff.

OH NO! I was keeping baking soda in their poo tray in their inside the house coop! I read through the gout section and it said "too much baking soda". Could I have exasperated some symptoms by doing that?

Her toes were curled cause she was being held, tho one foot has a broken toe. It's both feet. Her age is unknown but estimated at about a year

I posted about this before and it wasnt quite as big of a deal. Now she is having some trouble walking and her feet are getting..gnarled? It doesn't quite look like what ive seen from pics of scaly leg mites or bumblefoot. Hopefully some of you more knowledgable chicken folks can help me...
