Well think of it this way, momma hens take there chicks outside before they are even a week old. So I would encourage giving them dirt/grass from a supper young age.

It does not necessarily sound like it, but i would check for her being egg bound ( my chicken had weird symptoms when egg bound) But no matter what it is, i would keep her on probiotics and try giving her egg yolk through a syringe.
In my experience, i watch them, and see if it affects there daily ways (i guess i would call it) normally that things fixes itself with time, but if not i would look into removing it.
