    It does not necessarily sound like it, but i would check for her being egg bound ( my chicken had weird symptoms when egg bound) But no matter what it is, i would keep her on probiotics and try giving her egg yolk through a syringe.

    In my experience, i watch them, and see if it affects there daily ways (i guess i would call it) normally that things fixes itself with time, but if not i would look into removing it.

    My chick's eyes won't open...

    Hey sorry they all went with my friend and seem to be doing well. and all seemed to open their eyes. I did have one leghorn chick die though.
