    Putting Ducks to bed

    Have you tried herding them? I have 1x4 board that I use to walk behind the ducks and steer them where I want them to go. This works great for me but my wife not so much.

    My magpie female started laying a week ago. The first egg was a dark grey and they seemed to get become a lighter grey each day. Today the egg was partially grey and white.     So far so good. The alpha seems to be the main drake and the other one not as aggressive, except when he chases the dog 😀. I do plan on adding more females in the fall.
