My husband and I married Feb 2021, yes, a Covid romance and wedding.
My kids gifted us two Wedding Chickens which made for some fun photos and delicious fresh eggs ever since.
We have raised more layers, including Bantams that are just starting to lay, plus we raised meat...
We ate some last night and it IS delicious. Raw it tasted like fresh corn, because is is a kernel blown up with the fungus, and sautéed in butter it tastes like a delightful mushroom. Highly recommended!
