Well you have to admit that having a noisy chicken in an apartment isn't ideal and is pretty much common sense that if it makes noise you can't control (and a mess) it isn't never going to work in an apartment
Hello, I live in Wickliffe and around the block from me there is a house that definitely has a small chicken coup in the backyard with at least 4 chickens in it. I believe if there is no ordinance prohibiting it.
