    Raising Guinea Fowl 101

I may or may not have read this thread in its entirety 🫣 Hopefully it was enough to fill all the gaps in my knowledge and cement everything. At the very least, it was quite entertaining.

Can you help a newbie who is trying their best?

Yeah, I was actually thinking about doing that. Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I don’t actually know the first thing about coding, so I wouldn’t be able to suggest fixes. Just report the problems.

Can you help a newbie who is trying their best?

Thank you, but neither of those methods seem to be written correctly to be utilized with a screen reader. At least, not most of the time? I was able to upload three photos with minimal issue, but the fourth time I just had a sighted person do it. When I use the embed option it tells me to drag...

Can you help a newbie who is trying their best?

I find that if I do that and the original post is more than a few lines, the website doesn’t allow me to enter the text box. So I just can’t type anything. That’s why it’s taking me so long to respond to this thread, NY I posted just a copy of one of your messages one time. Nothing I did would...

Or not, the photo selection screen won’t play nice.

Can you help a newbie who is trying their best?

Thank you guys so much for the resources and information! I really wish I had found this information before… You really have to dig around to find any information beyond the basics when it comes to these guys. The trio is going to go out side here in the next few days. Just a couple finishing...

FOODS GUINEAS CAN AND CAN'T EAT

I couldn’t find plain white millet to use as a training tree, so I got a wild bird mix that also has sunflower seeds and peanuts. The peanuts are shelled. Are they OK to give to the birdies, or should I separate them out?

Hello from someone a bit different :)

This is Kidd, the 27-year-old Colorado Ranger I adopted from the writing center in April. He’s as sweet as he is handsome 😆

Hello from someone a bit different :)

This is Bueno, my quarter horse. He was the first horse I ever bought after a lifetime of wishing I could have one, and I love him to death. He is an absolutely amazing horse. Since switching over to training him with positive reinforcement especially, we’ve really bonded and he has become an...

Hello from someone a bit different :)

Hi 😆 Sure, let me see if I can figure this out lol This is Marble. He’s about six and usually does not move this fast 😂 I bought him at the beginning of this year and have been training/retraining him from the groundup since I don’t know anything about his past.

Hello from someone a bit different :)

Hi all. My name is Teagan. After 18 years of pestering, I finally convinced my mom we should get some land so I could have horses. 😆 Thanks to an inheritance from some departed loved ones, we were finally able to make that happen. We moved to 8.7 acres last November, and Cuppa Tea Horse Ranch...

Can you help a newbie who is trying their best?

OK, some of my response doesn’t appear to be there? I’m really struggling. This website isn’t the most accessible, and it’s not playing nice with my screen reader. Sorry if I ever post anything in a weird format, multiple times, or something like that. I’m trying my best lol. I’ve never even...

The stall is approximately 8 x 10‘, and largely has solid walls. The chicken wire mostly is there to block holes so things can’t get in and out. It also runs from the top of the divider between the stall and the next-door tack room and the ceiling so that the birds can’t fly over. Once the birds...
