    can I ask what your set up is like? Even with a coop behind our home and one in front it’s hard to separate because we free range and they just fly over the fence.

    He definitely has no confidence now but I once read on here about someone taking the aggressive roo out of the flock and putting the beat up one back in until he’s confident again. You’re removing the dominant roo from his comfort zone.
