Here are pictures of everybody except the Gold Laced Wyandotte and the third Buff Orpington. Unfortunately they met a predator a couple weeks ago.

Thank you. Just wondering about the combs on the chicks since the parents were Sussex and Orpington. I have what I thought was a Speckled Sussex hen who has a comb like your chicks, but now I suspect she is a mixed breed.
We got our rooster, Franklin, from someone in town last year along with 3 hens. The hens appear/were sold as standard Buff Orpingtons, but the more I look at Franklin, the more I think he could be a crossbreed. He has been throwing some unusually colored chicks from our flock of red hens, Buff...
