She has laid 6 tanish eggs per week , all thru the winter. Im guessing she is either a smokey pearl, or a california tan. She is more docile than my white leghorns. She has a few black spots here and there on her feathers. Her eggs are a medium tan color.
I was wondering if there is a sexlink that can be created by crossing a white leghorn hen, with some other breed of rooster, that would create a easy to identify sexlink at birth, and create a egg layer as good as purebreed white leghorn is.
