    I found the egg with a small pip I thought now I feel another chick pecked the hole and I peeled back shell and it was shrunk but I found blood vessels and it was bleeding .     I have having chicks hatch today and I have the heat plate set at 105 degrees how har should I lower the back and the front off the floor these are med to large size chicks.
