Cluckers DEFINITELY has bumble foot. She has it bad. I just took a pair of tweezers and pulled that growth out. It was easy to remove too. Now I just need to soak it in Epsom salt and clean it out with antibacterial spray. I might have to snip the dead skin off too. I never seen this before. I...
Hey...I have a problem. Cluckers has some growth on her foot. I'm not 100% positive what is it, but I think she has bumble foot. Is it something else or is it bumblefoot? I need to treat this. 😢
Also...whatever it is, how do I treat it? She got cut by something too. It's only on the bump. The...
Muffin is fine now. I fixed her wing up with bandages 2 weeks and 1 day ago.
Plus, I rescued meat chickens and raised them as pets ever since I was in elementary school.
Chickens would have to be near other chickens that have mites in order for them to get mites.
These little boogers were raised inside their entire lives, so they don't have mites. I even groom them everyday to keep them clean. 😊
I know....
But at that time... I was so worried about Muffin. I said "Ok thank you" because I really didn't know what the heck I was doing, so I was thanking them for the help and support.
Cause' I really did panicked when she broke her wing. I was worried sick.
So yeah... I know they ain't...
NO, I would never eat my own babies. These are literally my children.
To answer your second question...I didn't have vet wrap, but I did have first-aid bandages. I used whatever I had in my house and it worked well. I even disinfect her open wound with an anti-infection spray. I think it was a...
I know....but I felt obligated to let people know how she's doing. It's to give my mind some sort of peace.
I like this community. It feels so welcoming and comforting like a little community looking after each other. Also, I get to learn more about chickens and even tell some people about...
Also...
My brats do not have mites. They were raised in a controlled environment. I clean after them and groomed them everyday. They never had mites. I should know because I would have bites marks or my skin would be irritated.

UPDATE:
Muffin is doing great. It's almost time to take her bandages off. I'm still going to wait for 1 more week just to be safe. Thank you for the support.😊
Also.... I'm sorry for not being so active. I've been more focused on Muffin. I've been monitoring her and taking notes.
My mother's boss owns a chicken farm. They ship the white chicks off to the factories once they are old enough.
Some of the chicks were born black or mixed.
