I have electric strand on pen/coop.
Only breached once in over a decade, last month. I think it was a skunk dug under the back corner of shed where hen was laying. The wire was probably a bit high in that area, but doubt a fox or raccoon, only the eggs and that hen.
Anyway...
I had two...
I am sorry for the loss!
The predation after death, no blood. (Too much "True Crime") I have had predation, hawk, Fox, probably racoon and rats... possibly weasel type vermin. This is over a decade of keeping. Electric Fence is the best, but sometimes things happen, all my fault...
Q: Which antibiotic?
Hi, I had to finish a brood in an incubator. One pipped wrong end.

Approx 4 yr old 3/4 (?) IBBS

❤️ If interested, hopefully predator proof, experienced or become knowledgeable with keeping Peafowl
Always the float test!
I had left too many eggs and got a first timer broody... Not 100 percent committed. ETA: love the feed back to hens solution! They have devoured some really, really gross stuff, including rotten, developing egg stuff.
So science... Probably fine, like sitting a few hot...
