Hey!! So, my hens are pooping what looks like water and even “throwing” up. They have fresh water daily, food, and a shaded area. Today, I put vet rx and electrolytes in their water. But I just want to know what I’m dealing with so I can actually treat them accordingly

So, I know my roosters breed, but my main concern is that when he was hatched. He was solid gray. Gorgeous gray feathers to be exact… but lately. They have been turning red is some areas. I haven’t been able to find any information about it anywhere else… so here I am.
