I record whatever shorthand I used (such as NAME1), then a brief description of who/what needs the name, and where it's from. Then it's a simple matter of find/replace when I figure it out. Usually, for me...

Found my way here a little late, but I enjoy writing too! I've been fussing with my WIP for a long time, but have just recently started it over from the beginning. There were many reasons for this, but suffice to say, it's better this way.
As far as genre is concerned, the best way I've managed...
Here are a few of my favorite miniatures I've painted. I used collect the Lord of the Rings figures to play LotR Strategy Battle Game, but don't know anyone who plays anymore. The cats I just bought because they looked fun to paint.
