I have decided to rehome the chickens. The lady who will get them is going to add 4 polish chicks to the flock and give them their own enclosure if needs be. :) Thank you guys for the help.
Thank you! I've not been sure what type of polish this is. :) Bonsai did have 2 occasions where her/his feathers were pulled out. Both times healed, but I'm watching them for sure. The crest may have been fuller and more even if a spot wasn't missing. May just rehome Bonsai if needs be. Hate to...
This is Bonsai, a Silver Polish. Not sure if it's crested or not. Rocks a crazy doo on his/her head. No idea if hen or rooster. Fastest chicken we have, knows how to sneak a snack and run for it. Any idea if this is a mohawk or a bob/ hen or rooster?
This is Apple. A Buff Orpington. This is our biggest chicken, his/her feathers came in the fastest. I'm thinking a hen. His/her wattle is beginning to turn pink, but doesn't stand out much. Is this a hen???
This is Zipper, we think he's a rooster. Barred Rock. He is much lighter than Coffee. His tail is gorgeous. Kinda resembles a turkey tail with all the white bars on the edges in a beautiful pattern. His wattle has turned red sooner than our other Barred Rock Coffee.
Yeah, I have noticed the picking of it's head feathers. I've already treated it's head 2x. With a blue spray for chickens, and Neosporin. I will talk to my daughter about it. :(

I'm new to chicken-ing. Chickens are hilarious to watch. Our next door neighbor got backyard chickens so our kids have been joining the fun with their kids. We get to watch their chickens while they're away sometimes. I'm still constructing a good run for our 4 chicks (soon to be 3 as 1 appears...
