One method my DB uses when he's near the end of the heating is he'll place the sap in large food warmer pans in his oven and lets them steam off the last couple of gallons to be reduced overnight while he's asleep.
Do roosters go through it the way hens do when introducing a new member to the flock or are they more like human men and are just as likely to swap stories over a cold one?
