I got a buddy with 16 leghorns less than 1 year old. They consistently layer a egg a day since July. They all have stopped laying for 7 days and counting. No signs of illness, plenty of food, no predators around. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause that
I got a buddy who has a flock of 16 leghorns, it's been 7 days since any layed an egg. It was steady 16 eggs a day and one morning there was nothing. They don't seem sick. They have food. No predators have been around. Has anyone had this happen. They are less than 1 year old.
I got a aggressive roo. I let him live cause he is a male animal and he does what roosters do. I also have a 4,6,10, amd 16 year Olds who love to grab sticks and run the aggression right out of him. They don't strike him but they assert with sticks and herd him around like a cow. We got him down...
How sure you are, defining features of the breed, any other possibilities. I appreciate the help already. I new to chickens. I don't really trust Google images and this is the website I so far have gotten 90% of my info off of.
