    Hi, I have the chance to pre-order some silver pied eggs. How well do pea eggs ship in general. The eggs are around 278 km from my house or a 3 hour drive. I'm still just thinking about it before I pre order as I don't want to waste money on eggs that won't hatch due to shipping.

    Hi, my buff orpingtons and salmon faverolle pullets have been laying since Christmas. Yesterday I got this egg. Is it from one of my silkie pullets? Or is it just a small egg. The egg in question is on the right, the salmon faverolle egg is in the middle and buff orpington on the left.

    Hi today her vent is less inflamed. But she keeps pushing it out again. I read in a book to syringe cold water on her vent to stimulate muscles. So i did that and gave her a calcium and vitamin d tablet. How do I stop he pushing it out whens he needs to poop? Help please.

    I love my embdens, their temperament and the blue eyes! They don't lay too many eggs that you will be overwhelmed with goose eggs but they lay enough. And they're not very loud. I mean the ganders are sort of piercing but the geese are very quiet.
