I mixed some warm soapywater and poured over her hard lump. It slowly loosened up and pulled off. Size of apawing golf ball of scablike material.
Was raw under but not infected. I cleaned up wound and put her inside.
She's seems to be doing well. She is a rescue chicken from friends backyard...
