    Hen limping after jumping from roost -- any advice?

    Thank you! I didn’t crate her the last few nights and have instead gotten up early to remove her from the high roosts so she doesn’t have to jump down, she’s still limping but I think there’s a minor improvement. Tysm for the advice!

    My hen Feejee (about 3 or four years old) jumped very awkwardly from the roost this morning as I was letting them out into the yard. The roosts are about 7 or 8 feet off the ground, and usually the birds just jump straight down, and there's never been any issues before now. She flew out the door...
