    One more hen ‘r roo post. This very busy little bird is from Meyer hatchery, hatch date 10 june. She’s a blue-laced red supposedly pullet. She’s the only Wyandotte we have, so i’ve no comparisons. She’s a very mobile little bird so picks are fast and dirty! Photo bomb by Sapphire Jewel...

    My turn! This lovely black olive egger is from Meyer hatchery. But i’m afraid she’s a roo, and of course we’re in a rooster exclusion zone. She’ll be 8 weeks on monday (june 10 hatch). She’s the only egger we got - the barred rocks are hens for certain. Thanks!
