I don't know I've seen a tick on a chick.... lol. But I do know they will get mites etc. diatomaceous earth in the run/coop with take care of them. Also good for Bowl weevel protection if you grow your own cotton!

Update..... 6 Golden Comets are now calling a brooder box, in my bathroom home! LOL... I guess if I can find some Barred Rock hens later, I'll have to get some of those too. Tractor Supply only has straight runs, and I don't want to be in the Rooster business.
