I just hatched a faverolle chick only one hatched out of 10 😕 they were shipped eggs. Some were cracked and my mailman handed them to me upside down after almost dropping them. But I was wondering if there's a way to tell if I have a rooster or a hen it's only a week old and three days old?

I don't have a concrete floor for them. They are free range and I have a gravel driveway that's about it.

I got 4 chickens the minimum to buy now, and I ended up with 2 males... A black sex Link and a Americana

I was just there for chickens lol I'll have to go back. Also I'm very upset with tractor supply because they sold me what was supposed to be a hen and ended up being a rooster.😕

Never heard of it. So I'm guessing it doesn't mold like normal hay? I'll look into it!
