Not mastiffs or corsos (though Great Danes are mastiffs) those are way too bulky for my liking. Yeah around the size of a Great Dane, maybe a little smaller. I love the size of them as well, but that lifespan is way too short. And same! I love the idea of taking the oldest dogs from shelters and just spoiling them for their last few months. I don’t want more than one dog long term, so I like that I still feel like I’d be helping but not a long term...- Squawkers
