Hahaha I've driven through Garden City. I def. think that would be low on our places to buy a house ;). My husband so far is really interested in Novi and Northville but both of those seem to be lacking in horse properties.

Right now we are renting in Livonia but my husband isn't willing to go farther west than Ann Arbor. It seems like most of the more rural areas are up North :(.
