Thanks! My goal is to become more sustainable and self-reliant when it comes to providing for my small family. Hoping to add goats too! Chickens seemed like a good gateway animal to get into it, and they have really become a part of the family ♥️
Thanks! I’m going to keep an eye on them and update here once they let me know what they are 😜 there was this one that started crowing that I had started convincing myself was a pullet…so I guess that really should have been my answer to this whole thread 🤣
That’s good to know! I actually had several start crowing a week and a half or more ago, and that’s been helpful. But also good to know that it can take a while before I will know for sure. Thank you for your advice and experience!
That’s so great! They are so cute. I actually just posted in the gender/breed ID thread about a couple that I’m not too sure about. They definitely are a lot harder to figure out early on than the regular chicks!
