Her daddy Roo is an olive egger, I hatched the mamma hen from a friend, she said the parents were a swedish flower mom and silkie dad. Pic1 Dad, pic 2,3 mom, pic 4 the green leg. This mom and dad have given us some of the most unusual looking babies.

Honestly, I am not certain about breed types. I have a lot of Heinz 57. I have hatched most of them myself, some from my adults and some from trading eggs with friends. Several of them are EE, as in they came from blue or green eggs, but I don’t know anything more specific.

I have a hen that has a habit of doubling up with others. I lose an egg that way occasionally but if I catch her I slide her off the others back and to the side. It is quite amusing.
