Thank you, yes it was prolapsed. I talked with our vet. He said probably was best for her to put her down. It was so sad. What causes them to do that? Is it because her egg was too big?
She was young hen, less than a year old. Great loss today.

I have a hen that has white feces, and a small bubble like protruding cloaca. What is the best treatment for that? She is eating, and acts fine otherwise. I just want to help her.

Sorry, I was not bashing anyone. I just wanted to know if I should use the medicated starter/grower to have a less chance of problems. If that has good results for other growers. Just wondering if that worked best for them.
