I know they say not to use cedar shavings cedar mulch, which we have in our yard from a company coming into cut down our trees, but what can I get to put in the coop area besides leaves or what type of art do you have any specific kind of mulch that you buy?
How long do I keep them in the incubator after they are born and do I have to wait till all of them are born and dry or do I take them out after they’re dry and put them in the bin? I don’t know how that part works. last time was the first time I did it, and they were all born on the same day...
Also, the first hatch she started at 6 o’clock this morning and wasn’t born until 130 but I haven’t seen anything else yet since she was born and it is now 7 o’clock at night
I did go ahead and put a sponge in there and it seems to be holding now at 72\73 with the vent fully open, so I’ll let you know for sure if it drops again thank you
I messed a whole text up it open halfway because I opened all the way and I couldn’t get it up to the humidity level that I needed between 65 and 75 the only way I’m able to get it that high is if I open the vent only halfway for the last three days of incubation
I have a yuxi brand incubator that I am incubating some eggs on. I am in the last three days and it says to shut the egg turn off. The humidity has to be between 65 and 75% and the vent all the way open if I open the vent all the way I cannot get the humidity up. Can I leave it open just halfway...
