    I have 16 hens 1 rooster, we had 2 roosters but had to cull one because he was so Nasty and attacked me multiple times.

    So proud of my girls!! That light brow one on the top, was today it’s the biggest◡̈ I think it’s from my RIR or golden laced Wyandotte. it did have a what looked like a pecked hole, it didn’t puncture the membrane , so I cooked it and fed It back to them ❤️❤️

    Same with everyone above, one of my jersey giants used fly up on my shoulder and just sit there. Not anymore 😩 I think this is part of the equation for chicken math. Chicks turn into teenagers and don’t like you anymore, so you get more chicks.

    Welcome!! Glad you found us! It’s a great community to be a part of. I’m also new to chickens this year. I have 17◡̈ they’re 18 & 20 weeks. Very impatiently waiting for eggs, they’re soooo close to laying!!! I’m almost convinced they are laying and im just not finding them 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
