Update for May 2025 - this info is still accurate and I just placed an order via email! I live in Toronto and they said shipping via Canada Post will be about $35/$40 - less than I’d pay in gas to go pick it up. I’m glad I stumbled across this forum - thanks to everyone who has contributed!
