Ok I am trying to find out if someone ends up getting chickens in martin county florida and code enforcement finds out, would code enforcement just ask you to rehome your chickens?
Ok I'm not sure I understand the zoning part... how does it work and how do you know if you can have them? I know people that have them just no roosters, also what is the penalty if you do have them? Does code enforcement just have you rehome them?
