    my flock of 12. 3 layers go inside the coop on very hot days . stay there till late evening. i keep it cool all times.around 80 all day, i raise temprature a little at night.for them. they seem to like it.

    what kind young of chicken is this, two of them came from tsc. I looked everywhere and dont see anyone pictures that say what it is.

    eggs and no eggs?

    I just took her 4 eggs that she has been sitting for almost 8weeks, the other one still has no eggs but she still sits on the nest . wxcept to eat and dust. Neither one lays any eggs.. I'm hopeing the other hens lays some soon. I will give them to the broody hens ,if still sitting on thier nest.

    there is no bugs in the water just duck feathers. i fed them water mellon before i cleaned the pool last week.it may have colored the water?

    the mites do not live on the chickens? i thoight may be the blood? came off the hickens, but i did not see any on the chickens, the water was very red. i will recheck the chickens tonight, thank you for your help
