    Yeah, the amount of food waste is insane. Like an example is if one potato in a bag goes bad they toss the whole bag.     Gloves are a must. I would make sure you do not go alone if you think you are going to get in the dumpster. A stool would be helpful but I usually just grab what I can get from the side of the dumpster. Depending what you are going for too. If there is a big lots near you they are good dumpsters...
