    It's good that she has an appetite, the only reason I suggested cocci is because chickens don't always have bloody poop when sick with it. Other symptoms of cocci can include poor growth and ruffled feathers. I definitely may be wrong about this whole cocci thing, hopefully someone else can...

    You could add some straw or deep bedding to keep them warm. Also make sure they have good ventilation but no drafts.

    I think the other chickens know she is definitely not a chicken, but they have accepted her into the flock. Sometimes when my roosters call the hens over with a treat she will come and steal it.
