    Hi I know this is old but if you see this I really want to ask you a couple things about like can I use this if I haven't got the scab off? Can I use this on just the swollen parts? I'm afraid is it going to hurt the duck when I try to take out the hard ball? I hope you see this soon. Thanks 🙏
