    Rooster, Do they all crow?

    I am totally new to chickens and only have one rooster but I have yet to hear a crow out of him. I would hold off on giving your guy away...especially if he's a nice one!

    quietest roosters

    I have a four month old wyandotte and he is quieter than my hens are. I'm sure he'll find his voice some day. If not, lucky for us. The coop is right under our bedroom window!

    Thanks, all, for some great ideas. I am a first-time "mama" to 4 barred rock, 4 araucana, 2 red sex-links, and 2 white leghorns.
