Geese and Chicldren...Help????
Just ordered a pair of Amer. Buff goslings and after reading some posts about geese in BYC I'm now super worried it was a mistake. I have a 3 and a 5 year old. They are use to animals....we have chickens, dogs, cats, etccc but ow I'm worried. Is it just a BAD idea to have geese and children... -
Housing for Geese????
Hi....I'm expecting my first geese in a few weeks. Starting small with a pair of Amer. Buff goslings. Do not have a barn, only my chicken coop, which the geese will not be able to use - don't want to mix them in their housing. Any ideas, advice or pics of your creative, but effective goose... -
Golden Lace Wynadotte with a single comb.
Hi....I also have a GLW from mypetchicken that has a single comb instead of a rose comb. I've also found my SLW to be very aggressive and bossy - not with me, but the chickens. The two SLW rule together. Major bullies. Is this common of SLW....that they are a dominant chicken? Thanks!@- LaDuBird
