hank is 7wks old and he's been "crowing" for about a week. it is so funny. it sounds like someone is choking a goat or a sheep. my dh wants to know how long it will take hank to learn how to really cock-a-doodle-doo.
thanks
thanks for your advice. we are new to this.we've never had chickens before. these are a 4-h project and i never dreamed i would be the one(i'm moma to a 4-her)to get so attached to these little girls.
thank you again!

this little gal has not grown like the others . its about half the size. we have had it seperated from the others for about 2wks and it seemed to be growing some and it has grown some feathers.today however, it has been having runny, yellow poop and it is staggering. almost acts as if it has gone...
thanks so much for your help. we are still learning about posting pictures. are the buff orpingtons the ones with the fluffy chicken butts? i hope so,cause they are soooooooooo cute!
thanks again, iddy
As I said before ,we are new to this and know nothing but the basics. Would appreciate any help to identify these breeds. We think they are gals.
thanks so much!
we are a new chicken family thanks to 4-H. we are crazy about these little critters and would like to know the sex and breed if anyone can help.
