It's just her being her. She's young, she's never been around those sort of animals, and she's probably moody since hormones and all that.
Like humans they all have different personalities and likes. I have a horse who absolutely hates deer. Stomped one to death once. He also hates certain...
Two(free ranged) roosters jumped on my three pound chihuahua and immediately after it occurred she was dragging her left hind leg. From what we can see/feel the joint's not out of place and nothing's broken, but her lower back is extremely sore. I'm bringing her to the vet tomorrow morning, but...
In all my years of raising chickens I've never seen anything like this. It looks like the crop was hanging out. But how and/or why did this happen. Any thoughts?

I've already put him down. He was beginning to gurgle and choke on his own blood. I just want some...
Parents:
Mother is white
Father is a black/white showgirl
And I haven't a clue where the light/dark dusty coloring came from. I'm assuming the father since he was a cull rescue and has a lot of flaws (yellow eyes, purple skin, wrong amount of toes) healthy as a horse though.
-I'm not a breeder...
My Red Pyle baby looks like something attacked it, ha. Any thoughts on the sex? He/she wouldn't stand up long enough to get a pic, the sun felt too good.
It's very aggressive for a two or three day old duckling; bites and hisses. Also I'm having a hard time getting it to eat. It does drink though.
I'm leaning toward wood duck....
My cousin saved this wild duckling earlier from her dog. She doesn't know where it came from and couldn't see a mama duck anywhere at the pond behind her house. So she's bringing it to me this afternoon. Any idea of the breed?
Red Pyle, White, and two Partridge babies.
What y'all think of the red pyle? She/he surprised the crap out of the breeder since it came out of an all white pen. Now she's scratching her head and trying to narrow it down as the which one produced this little one. ha
Well, that's some good news. I was told differently so I've been a bit uncertain with this one for a while now-even with the lack of sickle feathers and crowing, ha. Guess I'm going to have to watch out for new eggs popping up.
Okay so I'm incubating some pekin eggs for the first time and one began internally peeping this morning but still hasn't cracked through its shell. Should I be worried?
My three.
Pine Cone is a real sweetheart and has just starting laying. She's also the blackest chicken I've ever seen.
These two below are brother and sister believe it or not.
Lint just started crowing. I'm going to breed him to a buff showgirl hen when they're old enough.
