Do chickens need baths? If so, how?

I've heard that mypetchicken.com is a nice website. ships chicks in a few days, and is able to vaccinate them. Can pick any breed or genders.

Does anyone know of any hatcheries that sell EEs in northern indiana besides TSC?

I think last winter in this part it got to be about -15. And yes, I am going to have a lot of time on my hands so I will be able to give them LOTS of attention : )

Oh really? Well then I suppose insulation is a better idea, I believe we have some laying around in our barn... It will still be a month or two until we build the coop, so haven't done much research on what to do, plus my Dad will be taking care of that.

I posted an ad already, not many people have replied. However, I do check craigslist everyday looking for them. It'll be about a month or so until we get them though.
