    Mom and her 4 chicks

    I have Mom and her chicks in Hutch inside my Coop. I have water and feed in there for them. How long can I keep them there. My other Hens tried to kill the babies and I don't want Mom to get "cabin fever". The babies are 4days old. Thanks for any input!

    Yes, there are about 4 more eggs! I also have another hen sitting on about 5. We have been out of town alot lately and my friends were looking after them. I have a large coop (Tin Shed) so I could seperate them and I have a 20' X 10' Run. The Chick is so adorable!

    I am new at this....My hen has 1 chick so far and is still sitting on nest. The chick is 2 days old. My Concern is she is in the Coop with my other Hens and My Roo. The nest is about 2ft off the ground and she hasn't come out. Will the baby be OK that high? Don't want to loose her. What about...
